St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital - Bioinformatics Software Engineering Intern

Over the summer of 2024, I built interactive scientific data processing and graphing tools using Next.js and React.js, that allowed scientists and doctors to interpret conclusions for patients cancer and best forms of treatment using copy number analysis


Colorado School of Mines, National Science Foundation REU Student Researcher

Over the summer of 2023, I studied computational approaches to discover new materials for sustained drug delivery using poly-peptides. I studied transformers, recurrent, and convolutional neural networks. I built and fit functioning convolutional nueral for the problem with TensorFlow


Making the World a Better Place

Memphis Hack CLub

I cofounded Memphis Hack Club to educate to teach secondary students in Memphis, Tennesee about computer science and engineering. We taught over 60 students to code when I stepped down from leading the club and got multiple small and large bussiness's to sponser the club.

PyraHacks

I cofounded PyraHacks - an anti hackathon - where students made as many projects as possible to raise money for St. Jude. There were many guest speakers, projects, and sponsors.

Text to 3D printed Braille

This is a open source Python Project that allows people to write messages that are automatically converted to text and then converted into .stl for #D printing. This allows friends and family members of visually impaired people to make cards or place signs for thier loved one.
